How to Buy Inflatables from Hooplo

A simple step-by-step guide to help you purchase inflatable products with confidence, from inquiry to delivery.

1) Tell Us What You Need

The first step is simply telling us what you are looking for.

You can send us:

  • Product type you need
  • Desired size and design
  • Site dimensions
  • Budget range
  • Quantity required
  • Custom logo or branding requirements

If you are not sure which product is suitable for your market, our team can provide recommendations based on your business goals and available space.

2) Confirm the Product, Trade Terms, and Contract

Once the product details are confirmed, we will provide a formal quotation and discuss the shipping arrangement that best fits your project.

Before signing the contract, both parties should clearly confirm:

  • Product specifications
  • Quantity
  • Unit price and total amount
  • Production lead time
  • Shipping destination
  • Payment terms
  • Trade terms (EXW, FOB, CIF, DDP, etc.)

Understanding the trade terms is especially important because they determine who is responsible for transportation, customs clearance, taxes, and final delivery.

EXW (Ex Works)
We prepare the goods at our factory, while the buyer arranges pickup, transportation, customs clearance, and delivery.

FOB (Free On Board)
We deliver the goods to the departure port and load them onto the vessel. The buyer is responsible for ocean freight, import customs clearance, and final delivery.

CIF (Cost, Insurance and Freight)
We arrange ocean freight and insurance to the destination port. The buyer handles customs clearance, duties, taxes, and local transportation after arrival.

DDP (Delivered Duty Paid)
We arrange shipping, customs clearance, duties, taxes, and delivery to the agreed destination. The customer only needs to receive the goods.

For customers purchasing inflatable products for the first time, DDP or shipping solutions with customs support are often the simplest options.

Once all details are confirmed, we will prepare the sales contract and issue the invoice for deposit payment.

3) Pay the Deposit and Start Production

To begin production, a deposit payment is required.

After receiving the deposit:

  • Raw materials are prepared
  • Production is scheduled
  • Manufacturing begins
  • Quality inspections are arranged

Our team will keep you updated throughout the production process and can provide photos or videos when requested.

4) Arrange Shipping

When production is completed, customers can choose one of two options:

Option 1: Use Your Own Freight Forwarder

If you already work with a trusted shipping agent, we can coordinate directly with them and arrange cargo pickup.

Option 2: Let Us Arrange Shipping

If you are new to importing or do not have a shipping partner, we can help arrange suitable shipping solutions based on your destination and budget.

5) Receive Your Inflatables

When the shipment arrives, the next steps depend on the selected trade term.

For EXW, FOB, and most CIF shipments:

  • The buyer completes customs clearance.
  • Local charges and taxes are paid by the buyer.
  • Goods are collected or delivered locally.

For DDP shipments:

  • Customs clearance and delivery are arranged for you.
  • You simply receive the goods at the agreed destination.

For customers importing for the first time, we generally recommend choosing a shipping solution that includes customs support whenever available.

6) Inflate and Start Operating

Inflatable products do not require complicated installation.

Simply:

  1. Unfold the inflatable.
  2. Connect the blower.
  3. Inflate the product.
  4. Check anchors and safety points.
  5. Begin operation.

Most inflatable products can be fully inflated within a few minutes to around fifteen minutes, depending on the size of the product.

Our team can also provide operation guidance, maintenance suggestions, and after-sales support whenever needed.
