Customer Requirements
A customer from Russia was looking for a 5×7m small inflatable bounce house and was interested in getting it delivered as quickly as possible. After reviewing our available products, they immediately selected one of our existing pirate-themed designs. The customer liked the appearance and layout very much, so there was no need to make any changes. The original design, colors, artwork, and structure were all kept exactly the same.
Order and Delivery
Once the model was confirmed, the customer contacted their freight forwarder in China to handle the logistics. The full payment was completed in a single transaction, and we were simply asked to deliver the finished inflatable to the warehouse specified by the freight forwarder. The ordering process was straightforward and efficient, allowing production to begin immediately.
After completing production and our standard quality inspection, we delivered the inflatable to the designated warehouse on schedule. The shipment was then exported to Russia through the customer’s own logistics arrangements, making the entire delivery process smooth and hassle-free.
